I know you all are dying to know how I came to be a Miami Valley area real estate consultant with Keller Williams Advantage Real Estate and help people buy and sell homes. Here is what you want to know!
I grew up in the Miami Valley area, more directly, I lived in Franklin most of my life. I have lived in and around the Miami Valley my entire life. I attended The Ohio State University in Columbus for two years, moved home to be near family and finished at Wright State University in 2008 with a Finance degree.
In 2008, I started as a stock trader with a local money manager. In 2011, I decided to pursue my real estate career.
For a year, I worked with a property manager in West Dayton as an Office Manager. In 2012, I was offered a position as a Assistant Property Manager in Centerville. In the spring of 2013, I decided to go out on my own into the wonderful world of retail real estate and become a business owner.
In my first full time year as a real estate consultant, I had an absolute blast helping people find their dream homes, improve their financial position and sell the old place for the brand new place. I personally bought my first rental property and participated in my first flip that year. Since that time I have helped many people buy and sell and continue to enjoy it just as much as I did in the beginning.
I have been able to work with seasoned investors because of my finance background and attention to detail. I have had the privilege of helping first time buyers and experienced sellers.
I am having the time of my life. I can’t believe I actually get paid to do what I love!
